If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we will determine the most suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or exchange.

Made-to-order, customized, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All returns require prior written authorization from Natalia Criado. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include their original packaging.

Our objects are designed to be used and enjoyed over time. Proper care will preserve their beauty for generations. For silver-plated and sterling silver pieces:

• Clean regularly using a soft polishing cloth.

• Avoid prolonged contact with water, acidic foods, perfumes, cosmetics, and abrasive cleaning products.

• Dry thoroughly after use.

• Store pieces individually in a dry environment when not in use.

Available pieces are generally dispatched within the estimated lead time indicated at the time of purchase. Made-to-order pieces require production time, which varies depending on the complexity of each project. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, artisan processes, or customs procedures. International orders may be subject to local duties and taxes, which remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Some pieces can be professionally restored or repaired.

Our after-sales service includes polishing, refinishing, re plating, and selected repairs, depending on the nature of the piece.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Should a manufacturing defect be identified, our team will carefully assess the piece and determine the most appropriate solution in accordance with our after-sales service.

Many of our objects are produced exclusively to order or created specifically for individual clients. Made-to-order, customized, personalized, engraved, and special-order pieces are crafted exclusively for each commission and are therefore final sale. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged.
